Shipping:

Orders over $40.00 USD is qualified for FREE SHIPPING!

All orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Any payment authorization/verification, international customs screening, weather conditions, or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment.

Please allow for the following timeframe in delivery:

US orders take 2 - 7 business days to arrive.
International orders take 5 - 14 business days to arrive. 

For all orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery. We will be sending you the tracking number of your order by email.

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address. Once your parcel has been shipped out, we can not make any further changes and will not be able to process any refunds or resend packages out. It is your responsibility to make sure the correct shipping address was inputted during checkout confirmation.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will be closed on these days to observe the following holidays:

New Year’s Day: January 1 and 2

Easter: April 14 and 17

Victoria Day: May 22

St Jean Baptiste: June 24

Canada Day: July 1

Labor Day: September 4

Thanksgiving Day : October 9

Christmas: December 22, 25, 26 and 29

International shipping

Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

The amount paid for the order does not reflect any importation taxes. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
